Communities

At the heart of CCGC are the people who live, work, and farm in this landscape.

We’re working with to create new and enhanced habitats that also bring people closer to nature. By connecting nature-rich corridors with existing public footpaths and rights of way, we hope to make it easier for more people to enjoy the local landscape.

As the project develops, so do the opportunities to get involved – whatever your age. From volunteering and helping with wildlife surveys to joining a guided bird walk and coming along to school or community events. We are excited to work with many different community groups, including those who may have limited access to nature.

This is a really exciting chance to help shape a more nature-connected and food-connected future for this landscape and those who live here. Want to get involved or just stay in the loop? Just fill our contact form – we’d love to hear from you.
